Top 10 current films that will reach cult status in ten years

1 – DREDD (2012)

Director: Pete Travis
Stars: Karl Urban, Olivia Thirlby, Lena Headey
A much better film than the 1995 version starring Sylvester Stallone. Karl Urban plays Dredd perfectly in this dark and gritty actioner that is nicely adapted from a comic book. Still keeping my fingers crossed for a sequel.

7 – HOT FUZZ (2007)

Hot Fuzz
Director: Edgar Wright

A brilliant action-comedy that satirizes the big-budget Hollywood films but set in a quiet English countryside. Simon Pegg is fantastic as a top London policeman who is transferred to a small town where nothing much happens.

8 – SHARKNADO (2013)

Director: Anthony C. Ferrante
