Robocop (1987) – 4K Limited Edition Blu-ray

Arrow Video has announced the release of Robocop (1987) in a 4K restoration Limited Edition Blu-ray. The package will contain the Director’s Cut and the Theatrical Cut.

In the near future of Detroit, crime has run rampant and is out of control. A seriously injured police officer has given a new life as a powerful part human and part machine cyborg, Robocop. Robocop is unleashed into the urban jungle to fight crime and attempts to restore order to the city.

This is director Paul Verhoeven’s debut in a major Hollywood production. The cyberpunk film has become a cult classic over the years and has won numerous awards including Saturn Awards, BAFTA Award nominations. Academy Award for Best Sound Effects Editing, and nominations for Best Film Editing, and Best Sound.
