Freeway 2: Confessions of a Trickbaby (1999) – 4K Blu-ray

Dark Force Entertainment will be releasing Director Matthew Bright’s followup to his 1996 hit, Freeway 2: Confessions of a Trickbaby (1999) on a new 4K Blu-ray.

The fifth single edition release from Dark Force Entertainment stars Natasha Lyonne (Orange Is the New Black) as a teenage prostitute that escapes from a juvenile prison with a 16 year old lesbian serial killer (Maria Celdonio) and both go on a destructive road trip to Mexico in this twist on the “Hansel and Gretel” fairytale. Also stars Vincent Gallo (Buffalo ’66) in the over the top role of Sister Gomez.

    I love both Freeway flicks… and I can’t wait for my order to get here. Matthew Bright is one of my favourite screenwriters/filmmakers all time and it’s amazing to see this one get a release. Never thought it would happen.
    Next? I would pay ridiculous money for a Director’s Cut of Bright’s “Tiptoes.”

    Are you kidding me? They’re releasing this crap on 4K Blu-ray but we can’t get Freeway on 4K Blu-ray…..that’s pathetic especially considering Reese Witherspoons Freeway is BRILLIANT and so so underrated.
